Job Description
Help drive our EMEA sales
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, this role will take responsibility for an individual sales quota focused on new business acquisition and upsell in the EU. This person should have experience in SaaS enterprise sales, ideally to Retail and/or CPG clients. We have a steady flow of inbound leads but the ability to generate opportunities and pipeline (cold calling, lead gen) will be crucial to success in this role.
You’ll have experience in a SaaS scale up business and be comfortable with the metrics, techniques and channels that define and deliver success in this environment. We are looking for someone who is comfortable expressing their ideas and having the tenacity and hard work ethic to see them through to success!

We are a small and close-knit team which the Marketing and Demand Manager will form an integral part of, and as we are growing rapidly there is great scope for career development.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will be identifying, negotiating and closing big deals within the EU. You will be working with C Level decision makers at some of the biggest brands in the world.
- You have developed superior sales skills that enable you to identify the necessary decision makers and influencers on prospective deals.
- You listen, identify, and understand clients/prospective clients needs and then deliver to their expectations. You can build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them in a positive way.
- You will actively prospect (cold calling, email cadences etc) and seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking
- You are hugely curious and constantly look for ways to enhance your knowledge of our industry, market, and competitors to provide that sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- 6+ years’ experience within SaaS sales, managing and closing complex deals of + £500k ARR
- Has experience in opening, managing a closing enterprise deals at global retail and/or CPG companies
- You love to work at speed and enjoy the challenges and rewards that come with working in a fast-growing scale up
- A world class presenter, you love to tell a story, take your audience on a journey but know when to listen and to learn from prospects
- Able to demonstrate a methodical approach to prospecting and to pipeline generation
- Understand, believe in and adhere to the MEDDIC qualification methodology
- Has a positive attitude toward CRM management and appreciates the necessity for this
- Has experience working in tech start-up companies and relishes the opportunities this brings
- A willingness to travel within UKI and EMEA for client and team meetings
